The Dominican dream team - that's a good name for us. Pat, tiffnee, jack, ashlee, hayden, gracie, triston, tanner, connor, brianna, julia, janelle, brooke, courtney, rylie, coby, heather and I will have not only an amazing experience, but our lies will be forever changed.
This past December, we met at lunch to assemble hygiene bags for the homeless in Visalia that we put in stockings.
Over the holidays, we were sent our bracelets for our fundraiser. There are 3 styles, and they are amazing!So excited to get that started again. this past week was our first week back and we had a meeting to kick off the year and receive our t-shirts. we were able to donate to the women's sports site in the DR-the shirts turned out really nice. Thank you Jess Gates-Páez!
Details are coming together for the trip and we hare having meetings. Spiritual preparedness is important-students are paramount. Memories flood my mind as I look forward to the trip-worship night, washing of feet, talent show night, poverty simulation, wow! Even the excursion day-ahhhh! when we arrive, Students International will take away our phones once we arrive, so that won't be an issue.
